The South Australia Caravan and Camping Show is on at Adelaide Showgrounds from 14 through 18 February at Adelaide Showgrounds. Gates open 10am through to 5pm daily.
With this event, visitors can either pre-purchase tickets at the event website or purchase them at the gate with only cashless options offered. There is limited parking at the venue but good public transport connections are available.
Later in February – from Wednesday 21 to Sunday 25, the RV industry focus turns to Victoria with Caravan, Camping and Touring Super Show at the Melbourne Showgrounds. Gates open 9.30am each day and close at either 5pm or 6pm depending on the day. Parking at the venue is $25 per day. Tickets are only available online and are now on sale, $29.95 for adults.
Stay across the event websites for exhibitor listings when they become available. Note which exhibits you’re especially interested and for those ‘must-see’ models, contact the representative ahead of time to see if an inspection appointment can be made.
These events are extremely popular, attracting big crowds each year. Intentions can go awry on the day and having a plan, preferably with a site map, may ensure you don’t miss an inspection and the chance to order your preferred RV.
