Rosehill Caravan Show: Preview and Pre-arrangements

As the clock ticks down to one of the biggest drawcards of the caravan industry year, it's time to check out what makes and models visitors can expect to inspect at the Caravan and Camping Supershow at Sydney's Rosehill Racecourse. News reports have it that one of the country's largest manufacturers, Jayco, won't be exhibiting this year. Apparently due to the flow-on effects of the pandemic – short on stock and availability of staff to attend. But there are plenty of other big names and smaller companies for caravan and camping enthusiasts to see. Over 260 actually so you may need several of the 6 days, 13-18 April, to catch up with all the exhibitors you are interested in seeing. Show Exhibitors and Attraction

The exhibitor directory is impressive - Austral Motorhomes, Lotus, Masterpiece, Goldstream, Essential Caravans, Crusader Caravans, Cub Campers, Blue Tongue RVs, Vacationer, Willow, Austrack Campers, Millard, New Age, Nova, Stoney Creek, Bushtracker, Concept Caravans, Winnebago, Active Campers, Atlantic Caravans, Ezytrail Campers, Horizon Motorhomes and Bluewater Campers are just a few of the caravan and camper manufacturers and sellers listed as exhibiting.

In addition to manufacturers the holiday parks are represented with Big 4 Holiday Parks amongst others. Plus there will be a wide selection of caravan accessories, gear and equipment suppliers showing their latest products to enhance your caravan touring. There are also seminars and entertainment, some of which you will need to reserve your place ahead of time.

Exhibitor Preview

Many of the big caravan manufacturer exhibitors we have showcased through our blog articles in recent months. We’ve also revealed some of the new models which were launched at the Gold Coast show and it would be expected that at least some of these would also be showcased at the Supershow.

Atlantic Caravans recently released their Atlantic X range which is targeted at those buying their first caravan and priced in a very affordable range but still has plenty of luxury and comfort features.

Melbourne-based Condor Caravans is on the exhibitor list and no doubt will bring their 5 star quality edge to the event. A custom-build manufacturer, Condor presents five layouts and lengths from 18’4” through to 24’ for buyers to select their van. The range includes off-road options.

Vacationer Caravans are also on the show list and it would be expected that they will display their 2021 range. These include the Dakar, Roadtracker HR and Rough Rider. The Dakar is described as an ultimate off-road vehicle and has the inclusions to meet such a claim. The outback suspension from ALKO, up to 4 solar panels, two 95 litre water tanks, 110 litre grey water tank and 62 litre drinking water tank, ATR tyres, heaps of checkerboard to protect your caravan, 230 litre fridge and a dust extraction system. The Rough Rider is the company’s luxury flagship semi off-road model. Loaded with features and certainly not short on luxury comfort inclusions.

Golf Caravans is another manufacturer set to show at the Supershow. The company specialises in pop tops, hardtops and campers. Also on the list is Hard Korr Campers, a Queensland-based manufacturer that specialises in off-road camper trailers.

For those considering upgrading features of their existing caravan, Dometic will be exhibiting. This brand is a favoured supplier with many manufacturers for fridges. The company has air conditioning systems, awnings, solar, generators and many more accessories to enhance your caravan experience.
