River Caravans Diamantina Series
The Diamantina is a stylish series of caravans available in a number of lengths and layouts including the family, rear door ensuite models at 19’6” and 21’6”, 20’ models in both slide out and centre door, 22’10” club lounge and 23’ east west model.
So what can you expect inside? In general, a full ensuite, top loading washing machine, fridge/freezer by the highly respected manufacturer Thetford and plenty more individual features depending on which model you select.
In the Family for example, there is a queen bed two single bed layout with pillow top innerspring mattresses on a lift-up bed. These lift-up beds with their gas struts provide great extra storage and are a very clever use of space.
On the outside, the windows are double glazed, walls are insulated, lockable water fillers and a front boot. Underneath, this caravan is built atop a reinforced 4”by 2” main frame and 4” by 2” A frame with aluminium mesh and galvanised and fully-sealed steel wheel arches.
River Caravans Dominator Series
A smaller sized caravan at 18’, but definitely not small in features. The Dominator appears to be packed with everything you’d need and expect for a comfortable life on the road. These series has two layouts with choice of either café style or L-shaped dinette. The layouts feature an impressive use of the space and are clearly designed with the user in mind.
On the interior of your Dominator you can expect a Queen island bed or opt for the single bed option. The bed is also a gas strut lift bed to provide useful storage under the bed. Above, you’ll sleep in comfort on the pillow top innerspring mattress.
You have heavy duty vinyl flooring, essential for easy care on relaxing holidays and a really well-equipped kitchen area with mains pressure taps and Rangehood. The recessed stove includes three gas and one electric burners, a grill and an oven. Plus there is also a microwave for those quick meals.
The chassis has the same features as mentioned for the Diamantina plus checker plate generator box, two water tanks, double stone guard and off road brakes. Solar panels are optional. Clearly this is more the model for those considering exploring down off the black top and down tracks.
River Caravans Eliminator Series
The Eliminator is not to be eliminated without consideration from your purchase list. This appears a great option for singles and couples with a 17’6” and 19’ option available. River have made great use of the space to include a full shower combo or mini ensuite (depending on model) as well as the extensive cooking facilities and a Queen sized island bed.
This Series includes a similar selection of features and inclusions as the Diamantina and the Dominator.
