Trakmaster has been building caravans since 1995 and the mid-range Pilbara series is a great example of their workmanship in building vans with outstanding off-road capabilities.
The Pilbara is available in a range of sizes, from 12’ 6” to 20 ft in both poptop and full height models and all vans are custom-built with extensive consultation with buyers regarding their specific requirements.
Built for Off-Road
With the Trakmaster unique one piece off road chassis design, the Pilbara has an increased ground clearance compared with earlier models and the company’s trademark steep angled rear end for ease of travel on steep terrain and departure from deep crossings.
The Pilbara has the same CFP wall structure as some of the other Trakmaster models, which is fully-insulated and impact resistant – ideal for travels in rough terrain. It features their independent trailing arm coil spring suspension system, heavy duty bearings, large bore shock absorbers and cyclone tie-down points as standard issue.
The exterior styling is distinctive with a range of graphics available to suit the individual. Roll-out awning, jerry can holders, heavy duty sealed wheel arches, large front boot and side external storage and double glazed windows.
Interior Style
Buyers can customise their Pilbara interior with choice of several floor plans as well as choosing laminex, curtains and colours for the custom-built timber cupboards. With natural wood-grain finishes, the interior has a spacious feel, which can be enhanced by the optional skylight, but a gas strut assisted lift up bed base with innerspring mattress bed, cupboards lined with non-slip material, main pressure to the kitchen sink and 90L fridge all standard features.
The look is contemporary and comfortable with a quality edge and thoughtful appointments.

Masters of the Track
