Customised self-sufficiency
The Bushtracker Pop Top is a compact range of off-road caravans with lower height and narrower width to suit bush tracks. The range includes a 14’ and 15’, single or tandem suspension, with all the standard Bushtracker features for rugged, reliable off-road performance.
All Bushtracker caravans are built to provide self-sufficiency to the traveller, to empower and enable the more adventurous to get off the regular trail, off the map and off the grid with full independence.
Custom Design and Build
The Pop Top range are some of the smaller vans in the Bushtracker range but are not small on any of the trademark features.
All Bushtracker vans are custom built to order and while your chassis is being built, the company spend a lot of time with customers discussing their layout and design. There are a number of suggested layouts presented with options including foregoing the en-suite to include additional bunks; option of an outdoor kitchen to allow more living and sleeping space inside; layouts to suit different bed sizes – king, queen and singles; as well as options for café dining or centre dining.
The Bushtracker team discuss with customers their preferences and lifestyle, their wants and don’t wants in order to come up with the perfect layout to suit their caravanning style.
Customising interiors is also provided, with your choice of contemporary or traditional timber and choice of cladding finishes.
Unique Engineering
Before considering the interior, the most important features on an off-road pop top are what’s happening underneath and Bushtracker vans feature many unique areas of engineering.
These include a fully off-road chassis with dual protection and independent load sharing suspension.
The box aluminium frames are made to aircraft quality, with double rivets and welded and all corners through-bolted and the approach and departure angles are cleverly considered to tackle steep terrain and water crossings.
Construction is dust proof, incorporates marine grade materials and unique water-tight door designs.
Practical and Self Sufficient
The Bushtracker Pop Top includes many practical inclusions and design features to ensure self-sufficiency such as user friendly water systems with potable and non-potable systems, leading electronic power systems including deep cycle battery and solar ready electricals and a new type of armoured water tanks to ensure safety. The 14’ Pop Top is compact but is certainly rugged and built to provide the owner with the freedom to go just about anywhere, easily, in comfort and with safety.

Bushtracker Caravans are built in Australia at the company’s facility located in Kunda Park in Queensland. Here they not only build great off-road vans, they also conduct extensive research and development to plan even better vans for the future.
